Bacana is a France based international Booking agency which has originally been founded in 1997 in Berlin from where the agency has been operating the first years. Berlin´s cosmopolite spirit with it´s open mindness towards World-Music such as it´s strong sense for Urban music sharpened Bacana´s profile and let it grow fastly to a renowned and well respected company within the European music scene.

Bacana has been and is currently representing a quite diverse range of high profile artists. From the Brazilian Samba big-band Orquestra Imperial through Jazz talent José James, Soul & Funk classics The Brand New Heavies to Dance music pioneers as Osunlade or even the great African sounds of Amazones de Guinée. Presenting quality music has always been one of our main aims.

Bacana is nowadays acting all over the world, booking preferably European tours and specialized in the French and German speaking markets.
